We spend so much time moving through life that we rarely give ourselves the space to truly experience it.This retreat is a chance to step outside of routine, experience beautiful Costa Rica & make time to go within.There's no packed schedule and no pressure to participate in everything (unless you want to).

Move, Reflect, Reset

Our days will include movement, guided meditation, yoga, breathwork, adventure excursions, journaling, workshops, and opportunities for quiet reflection.Take what works for you, skip what doesn’t, and give yourself a week to focus on your mind, body, and soul.You're also not expected to have some huge breakthrough - although we did, so you might.Do as much or as little as you need.

We chose Costa Rica because nature has a way of bringing us back to what matters. There’s a different kind of energy that comes from being somewhere wild, beautiful, and completely outside your norm.Spend your week surrounded by the jungle and ocean, explore waterfalls and beaches, enjoy scheduled excursions, and keep some time open to relax at Cabuya Lodge or choose an adventure of your own.

We created B&B Retreats out of a shared love for travel, nature, wellness, movement, personal growth, and bringing people together.We know how powerful it can be to step outside of the monotony of life, experience new things, and make time for the practices that help us feel our best.
